Showcase terms & creator rights

1. A concept to explore

KindBill is a product concept and interactive showcase for evaluation, feedback and discussion. It is not an operational donation platform, payment service, charity, marketplace or verification provider. The people, wishes, goals, funding, receipts, reviews and fulfilment outcomes shown here are fictional examples. No money is accepted or transferred through this showcase.

2. Explore without personal information

Use the sample personas and prepared wishes. Do not enter real payment credentials, identity documents, private bills, addresses, passwords or confidential information. Demo controls change local preview state; they do not create a real account, publish a real request, verify anyone, send support messages or provide goods or services.

3. Original materials and reuse

Rights in original copyrightable KindBill code, text, artwork and presentation are reserved by the creator to the extent those rights are owned and protected by applicable law. Public access is for exploring the showcase; it does not make the original project open source or grant a general licence to reproduce, redistribute, adapt, rebrand or commercially use protected original materials.

For reuse of protected original KindBill materials, request written permission at kindbill@proton.me unless an applicable legal exception or separate licence permits your use. Do not remove creator notices or present this project or another person's work as your own. Credit alone does not replace required permission. When permission calls for attribution, use: KindBill showcase — creator: kindbill@proton.me, with a link to this showcase.

These notices do not claim exclusive ownership of a general idea, independently created work, public-domain material or rights the creator does not hold. Sharing a link for genuine discussion is welcome; do not imply ownership, endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.

4. Third-party assets and names

Stock photographs, fonts, icons and open-source software retain their respective owners' rights and licence terms. The original-material restrictions above do not override those licences or applicable legal exceptions. Asset credits and licences are provided separately. Stock photos illustrate fictional wishes and are not requester identity evidence. Any referenced brands are illustrative; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

The KindBill name and heart mark are concept branding for this showcase. No trademark registration, name or logo clearance, or affiliation with another organisation is represented. No exclusive ownership of the common heart symbol is claimed. A showcase notice does not resolve another rights holder’s valid rights. Please email kindbill@proton.me with any specific name, logo or rights concern.

5. Develop the next chapter

The creator welcomes exploratory conversations about developing KindBill into a full product, collaboration, partnerships and potential funding. Contact kindbill@proton.me. This invitation is non-binding: it is not an offer or sale of securities, investment advice, a promise of returns or a commitment to launch or deliver a service. No investment or funding commitment is accepted through the showcase.

Full app coming soon. The full product is in development; there is no confirmed launch date. The current public version remains a fictional concept showcase.

6. Local state and external services

This showcase has no user-account database. Sample inputs and progress may remain in memory while the app is open, and the browser may cache static application files for installation or offline use. The hosting provider can receive technical request data such as IP address and browser information under its own policies. Email you choose to send is handled by your email service and the recipient's email provider. Do not send sensitive or confidential information in an initial enquiry.

7. Availability and responsibility

The showcase is provided as is for demonstration. Examples are not financial, legal or other professional advice, and should not be relied on for transactions or real-world decisions. Availability, accuracy, security and suitability are not guaranteed. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These notices are not a guarantee against legal claims.

8. Permissions, questions and concerns

For creator credit, reuse permission, feedback, collaboration or a rights concern, contact kindbill@proton.me and identify the relevant page or material. No copyright registration, patent, registered trademark or exclusive right in the underlying idea is represented by these notices.
